Gemma Leads Leicestershire Ladies to Victory
If you didnt see Gemma at the West End 8 on Sunday it was because she had another engagement - running for the County over in Warwickshire. Eh and didnt she do well!!
Gemma led the Leicestershire Ladies squad to a superb victory as they achieved a well-deserved team gold position at the Inter-Counties Championships.
Gemma ran home in runner up position behind Salfords British Masters international Rachel Jones as she gave one her best performances clocking a time of 36:59.
She was followed home by Stiltons Nicola Clay who finished in 5th place in 37:46, Debbie Marsden (Beaumont) in 7th with a time of 38:32 and Clare Wilson in 11th.
